POWER & FLOW YOGA BASICS
November 6 - December 10
Four weeks intensive that covers alignment of 60 yoga asanas, yoga philosophy basics, breathing techniques and meditation. Each class progressively builds on the previous one and poses are linked with breath and flow. You will be prepared to attend any power and vinyasa classes and learn how to modify asanas based on your level.
YIN YOGA SERIES: TRADITIONAL CHINESE MERIDIANS REJUVENATION
Yin Yoga increases flexibility of your body due to deep connective tissues stretch. Series is linked to major body organs according to Traditional Chinese Medicine (kidneys, heart, large and small intestines, liver and lungs). Each class of 3 weeks intensive stimulates predefined body organs and is accompanied with basic mudras and breathing. Each Yin Yoga class is a perfect chance to switch to parasympathetic nervous system (“rest and digest”) that helps produce a state of equilibrium in the body.
